Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals and families facing access barriers to care. The population served may include those dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, with caseloads adjusted based on your availability and experience. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
