Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our mental health professionals the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of their workspace. While you will primarily work from home, collaboration is key to our approach, and you will actively engage with your peers through virtual meetings and supervision sessions. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for patient support and community engagement, ensuring you have access to resources and colleagues should your role necessitate in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ individual needs and create personalized treatment plans that incorporate developmental considerations for both children and adolescents.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including evidence-based practices for individual and group therapy, psychoeducation sessions, and family therapy, ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained throughout.

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family groups with a focus on psychoeducation, discussion, and therapeutic group processes.
\n
• Coordinate with support networks, including schools, healthcare providers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive support for clients, creating a multi-systemic approach to treatment.

• Integrate principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in your practice to enhance client care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with agency policies and legal standards.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews while participating in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and their families, addressing various mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals experiencing trauma, behavioral issues, or emotional disturbances, as well as those facing the impacts of substance abuse. This multifaceted focus requires a therapist who can adapt treatment methodologies to suit individual client circumstances effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).

• Strong proficiency in electronic communication and Windows applications to manage documentation and client communications efficiently.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse and extensive caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
