Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying specific challenges and determining appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions as clinically indicated, ensuring a diverse approach to treatment that meets each patient's unique needs.

• Actively participate in program planning alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to align treatment goals and facilitate comprehensive care.

• Serve either as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, contributing to discussions and group dynamics to enhance patient engagement.

• Collect and document relevant patient data in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare requirements.

• Maintain high standards of care by adhering to ethical guidelines and agency policies, ensuring all interventions are professionally sound.

• Engage with outpatient and inpatient teams for triage evaluations and crisis interventions, offering timely support to patients in need.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
