Our facility spans an impressive 5,000 square feet and features state-of-the-art equipment dedicated to sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our small team consists of two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, all driven by a commitment to quality care and successful patient outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is onsite, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with patients in a warm, welcoming environment focused on healing. The practice operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Our clinic is designed to foster collaboration and communication among staff, ensuring that every patient receives comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand patients' goals and needs through detailed evaluations, thereby creating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing dedicated attention and high-quality care throughout each treatment session.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote positive outcomes, including cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Work to minimize patients' reliance on medications and explore alternative options to surgical interventions, encouraging proactive healthcare.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate various treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that address patients' specific conditions while promoting overall health and wellbeing.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their therapies, reinforcing their progress and optimizing functionality with positive encouragement.
• Ensure thorough documentation of patient care services, treatment outcomes, and progress notes to maintain continuity of care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, fostering teamwork to enhance the breadth of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic conditions. You will be working with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain, as well as those seeking preventive measures to maintain their functionality. A strong emphasis is placed on patient-centered care, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships and effectively address the diverse needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, emphasizing clinical excellence and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• A valid and active license as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean professional record free of any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy along with a solid foundation in developing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to streamline clinical documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, which will be complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
