Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Clients may be dealing with stress, anxiety, mild depression, or relationship issues, and your role will be pivotal in equipping them with the skills and understanding necessary to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to practice independently.

• No pending or disciplinary actions against your license and no provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and supportive approach to client interactions.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable navigating digital therapeutic platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a holistic approach to treatment and a strong commitment to client welfare. Previous telehealth experience is an advantage, enabling quicker adaptation to our digital workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
