Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Wellness Center, you will:

• Regularly communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to report patient progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise, ensuring a comprehensive flow of information for optimal care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including detailed clinical and progress notes that adhere to departmental policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, participating in the development of individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide essential crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral issues, employing assessments to guide appropriate treatment approaches.

• Assist clients with discharge planning and care coordination, liaising with other providers within the region to facilitate access to necessary services post-discharge.

• Consult and coordinate with clients' family members or support systems to ensure a holistic treatment approach, discussing treatment plans, discharge strategies, and resources necessary for continued care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and specific mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Our recovery-oriented approach is tailored to each client, ensuring they receive personalized care that addresses their unique challenges and goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records, as well as technical aptitude in computer programs including MS Office, ensuring smooth documentation and communication processes.

• The ability to work independently in a self-directed manner while remaining highly organized and responsive to clients' needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
