Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, focusing on their unique strengths and needs.
\n
• Deliver individual and family therapy to patients, tailoring therapeutic interventions based on their specific identified needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
\n
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients at the conclusion of their treatment.
\n
• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and Impireum policies and procedures to ensure ethical practice.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, continuing education, and case consultations.
\n
• Contribute to agency meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training as required to remain compliant and knowledgeable in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational challenges. Our focus is on delivering personalized care that respects cultural differences and encourages meaningful progress in each patient's journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.
\n
• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Texas.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
