Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach, including coordinating medication management and psychotherapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate support and guidance during emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and self-advocacy skills.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and updated patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development trainings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
