Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on best practice methodologies and clients’ specific circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of techniques tailored to clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or other evidence-based approaches.

• Offer referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or social service agencies, when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain and document client progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates to facilitate coordinated care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights, discuss treatment strategies, and refer clients for integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients dealing with various psychological issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Understanding the diverse backgrounds of our patient demographic is essential, and you will leverage culturally responsive and inclusive strategies to foster trust and rapport with individuals from all walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and the ability to implement evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, capable of responding calmly and effectively in challenging situations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to foster a meaningful connection with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with digital therapy platforms.

• A commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and the professional boundaries necessary for effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
