Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote and utilizes a telehealth model, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while accommodating patients' needs. Our team operates primarily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, although some varied scheduling may be necessary to meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that incorporate cultural sensitivity and history, using tools and methodologies that allow for in-depth understanding of individual client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, taking into consideration each patient’s unique cultural and personal background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote mental wellness, resilience, and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure well-rounded and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support solutions to clients facing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, emphasizing treatment options and available community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on cultural competence and best practices within mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates who have engaged in cultural competency training or have experience with crisis intervention and underserved populations will be especially valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual base salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
