Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at North Park Physical Therapy Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical and functional capabilities of patients, considering their history and current condition.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings while incorporating patient and family input in goal setting.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols while adjusting therapies based on patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated care solutions.
• Documenting all aspects of patient care meticulously, which includes progress notes, evaluations, and discharge plans, in compliance with internal protocols and regulations.

• Mentoring and supervising physical therapy students and interns, ensuring they receive valuable field experience in a real-world setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
