Work Environment\n

The work setting at Green Leaf is fully remote, using state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate patient interactions. This innovative environment allows our clinicians to provide high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. While the standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we understand the importance of accommodating patient needs and offer some flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally attuned mental health assessments to grasp each patient’s unique experiences and needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with the cultural and personal context of each individual, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address various mental health issues, build resilience, and promote overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive treatment plans, ensuring that all aspects of care are integrated and coordinated.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and support in mental health emergencies, demonstrating the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment modalities, and community resources tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and a commitment to evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy using culturally informed approaches.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• Dedication to maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
