Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be essential in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services designed to help individuals navigate a variety of mental health challenges. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments, identifying client needs, and developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities adjusted to fit the client's unique situation.
• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Engaging in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists, facilitating comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss strategies, improve therapeutic outcomes, and enhance personal skill sets.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and connecting them with community resources for ongoing support.
• Keeping abreast of new research and practices in mental health to continually refine your therapeutic techniques and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused interventions and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
