Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions with clients, offering evidence-based treatment solutions tailored to their unique needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand the individual challenges faced by clients, followed by the formulation of comprehensive treatment plans aimed at promoting positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that progress is documented and accessible for future reference.

• Facilitate ongoing care for clients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use issues, providing a continuum of support and intervention.

• Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions that cultivate a supportive, positive workplace culture focused on collaboration and shared learning.

• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and check-ins with clients, thus contributing to consistent and effective therapeutic relationships.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness specialists, to offer integrated care solutions that address more than just the primary mental health issue.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license is mandatory, with qualifications including LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting is essential to provide a solid foundation for the responsibilities of this role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
