Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to establish client needs, presenting issues, and readiness for treatment, utilizing telehealth tools effectively.

  Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.

  Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering timely support remotely to clients in acute distress or facing significant life challenges.

  Manage ongoing care for clients diagnosed with mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

  Engage clients in therapeutic conversations that explore personal issues including relationship dynamics and maladaptive behavioral patterns.

  Document sessions and treatment progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base, including adolescents and adults navigating the challenges of school and personal life. This varies from academic stressors, peer relationships, and family dynamics to more severe mental health conditions. Each interaction presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications\n

  Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

  A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

  A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

  Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building meaningful relationships with clients.

  Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for client advocacy.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience with teletherapy practices and familiarity with digital health technologies.

  Background in working with specific client populations, such as adolescents, families in conflict, or individuals facing substance use issues.
