Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage your schedule and prioritize client appointments to ensure timely service delivery for a high caseload volume.

• Provide resources and information to address clients' financial or social needs as necessary, fostering a holistic approach to mental health.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and organizational protocols, participating actively in required meetings and consultations.

• Regularly update and monitor treatment plans and goals, adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain a current Oregon Driver’s License and complete required certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

• Execute other relevant duties as assigned by your direct supervisor, aiming for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in the USA.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to applicable licensing and ethical standards.

• Prior experience working with youth or adolescent populations is highly desired, specifically in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
