As a remote position utilizing telehealth technology, our Licensed Mental Health Therapist role offers flexibility while maintaining a structured environment conducive to client healing. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular communication with physicians and healthcare team members to inform them of patient progress, emerging needs, and treatment plan revisions based on real-time assessments.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to department policy and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, including discharge strategies that effectively address psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct crisis intervention sessions, providing immediate support and therapeutic solutions for clients experiencing emotional distress or behavioral challenges.
\n
• Assist clients with discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions post-treatment, while actively coordinating care with external service providers to facilitate access to additional resources.

• Consult with families and support systems to enhance client treatment processes and aid in comprehensive discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, who present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your role will be instrumental in providing evidence-based therapies and tailored interventions that promote mental wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential that meets state requirements.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.

• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other therapeutic modalities, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth services and tools to enhance client engagement and care efficiency is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
