Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be integral to our treatment team, performing the following responsibilities:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand client needs and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress towards treatment goals.

• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Actively contributing to team discussions, sharing insights and updates to facilitate a cohesive and effective treatment plan for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing the intricacies of substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role requires an empathetic approach, understanding the interconnectedness of mental health challenges, and providing a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences. Whether it is guiding individuals through crises or supporting couples in communication, your contributions will be essential in fostering positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.

• A current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least two years of experience in a clinical or mental health setting, representing a solid foundation for effective therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
