Work Environment\n

Our clinic employs a telehealth model, giving our therapists the flexibility to conduct their sessions remotely, using cutting-edge technology that ensures secure and confidential communication. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ experiences with mood disorders, capturing the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Engage with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans, incorporating their unique goals, preferences, and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment methodologies, and essential self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, ensuring consistency in care by adjusting treatment plans based on assessments and evaluations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals for an integrated approach to mental health services.

• Keep informed on the latest research surrounding mood disorders to incorporate best practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, and understanding of psychopharmacology is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
