An established financial advisor is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support. While a background in finance is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role requires excellent communication and computer skills to manage scheduling, client interactions, and document handling efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with a single advisor using various software tools, contributing to the smooth operation of financial planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for the advisor
- Handle client communications and provide support
- Maintain accurate record keeping and data entry
- Organize and manage financial and administrative documents
- Assist with phone handling and incoming inquiries
- Support preparation and management of financial documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office, financial planning software, and CRM tools effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Experienced in data entry tasks
- Basic knowledge of finance is advantageous
