Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead group therapy sessions, encouraging open dialogue among participants that fosters trust, connection, and shared learning.

• Providing Individual Counseling: You will deliver tailored therapy sessions to clients, allowing them to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards actionable goals.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborating closely with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assessing and tracking client progress through various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborative Care: Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for complex client cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position centers around serving adolescents and young adults, aged 18 to 30, who may be facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time LPC position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
