Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate diagnoses.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each client's goals, and adapt these as necessary based on therapeutic progress.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing approved therapeutic interventions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
