Key Responsibilities\n

As a Youth Mental Health Clinician, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct regular sessions to track client progress, devising personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and assessing their effectiveness during follow-up appointments.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, ensuring that initial evaluations capture the full scope of each client's mental health history.

• Document treatment outcomes and develop progress notes for each session to facilitate effective monitoring and continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision with experienced clinicians to enhance therapeutic techniques and professional development.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth clients from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to practice in Massachusetts.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements specific to clinical settings within the organization.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with youth, particularly those dealing with psychiatric conditions and/or substance abuse issues.

• Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy.

• A strong grasp of technology is essential, including basic keyboarding skills and proficiency with relevant digital health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
