Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address the psychological, social, and emotional needs of clients, ensuring coordinated care between all involved parties.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including but not limited to individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on care approaches and share insights that drive improved outcomes.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by implementing appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by contributing to committees focused on enhancing service delivery and creating better outcomes for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
