Business Development - Account Manager

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping business throughout Central Alabama.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and creating long-term customer partnerships. The right candidate will be self-driven, professional, organized, and motivated by performance-based income opportunities.

$60,000 - $70,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial accounts


• Meet with prospective clients onsite


• Prepare estimates and service proposals


• Build relationships with HOAs, property managers, and commercial clients


• Follow up on leads and maintain customer communication


• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery


• Help grow existing customer relationships through upselling additional services

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred


• Strong communication and people skills


• Self-motivated and organized


• Professional appearance and attitude


• Valid driver’s license required


• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or service industries is a plus 

Base salary ($35k to $40k) plus commissions.

Additional Performance Bonuses.
