Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, understanding the unique concerns of each client and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and guidance to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, assessment results, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
