Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each client's circumstances, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Continuously track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Document session notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Facilitate teletherapy options to cater to clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to enhance skills and remain current in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to handle caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While prior experience is valued, we especially welcome new graduates who are eager to make a difference in the mental health field. Experience in telehealth is preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
