Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students seeking licensure, providing guidance on clinical practices and support for professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns with evidence-based approaches.
\n
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the efficacy of treatment provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• A valid New York State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.

• Current professional liability insurance.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
