Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, providing evidence-based mental health care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care plans.

• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations with leadership teams to refine and improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
