This position allows you to work remotely, which provides the needed flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Although much of the therapy is conducted virtually, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients on-site at our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gather crucial insights into clients' mental health issues, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions that resonate with clients' unique experiences.

• Set and track therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly assessing their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, reflecting professionalism in all aspects of practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and supervision, staying current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing, with an ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient therapy settings is desirable, particularly if it involves working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, or mood disorders. Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy methodologies will be an asset. Candidates who have implemented evidence-based therapeutic approaches and possess a robust understanding of various client demographics will be favorably considered.
