Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and current challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adults and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing progress and modifying approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members through regular consultations to enhance the quality of client care and share best practices.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within a 24-hour timeframe, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and feedback sessions aimed at improving therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adults and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges. Counselors will work closely with clients to help them navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing in a supportive manner. Our diverse client population allows for a rich array of therapeutic experiences and opportunities for counselors to apply different therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current independent licensure in Oregon (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW), allowing for autonomous practice.

• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and commitment to utilizing technology in clinical practice to enhance therapy effectiveness.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy to adults and couples.

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual environments is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
