Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals seeking mental health support, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines under the oversight of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians.

• Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, which may include crisis intervention, short-term therapy, family therapy, or skills training.

• Manage client cases holistically, coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure each client receives appropriate treatment and support.

• Participate in virtual consultations and peer reviews, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices with other mental health professionals.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes, utilizing electronic health records to track each client’s treatment journey.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies and contribute towards the center's clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, or hold a Psy.D.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution, with preference given to candidates with a Master's degree or higher.

• A demonstrated track record of two years of professional experience offering direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education level.
