This role operates in a remote capacity, granting flexibility while maintaining access to a collaborative outpatient office environment when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing clear and proactive communication about treatment progress and family involvement.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established frameworks such as Attachment-Based Family Therapy, adapting techniques to fit each client’s needs.

• Facilitate Family Orientations and Welcome Presentations, helping families navigate our therapeutic processes and encouraging their active participation in treatment.
\n
• Complete required documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
\n
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and our EMR system to maintain accurate records and schedule appointments effectively.
\n
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss client progress and seek guidance on complex cases.
\n
• Represent Positive Progress at trainings and conferences, sharing insights and learning about the latest practices in mental health.
\n
• Manage your schedule independently to meet client needs while achieving personal and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your practice will be on adolescents and young adults, addressing a diverse array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients often come from varied backgrounds, each bringing unique stories and experiences that shape their therapeutic journey. Your role will ensure they receive care that’s not only effective but also deeply empathetic and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited or state-approved graduate program.

• Must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent in the state of Florida.

• Strong foundational experience with individual, group, or family therapy specifically targeting adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
