Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's mental health status and emotional well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, aligning with each client's specific needs and aspirations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing digital platforms.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and session evaluations, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support as needed, ensuring client safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely-related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
