Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand each client's mental health history and concerns.
• Creating personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Delivering one-on-one teletherapy sessions focused on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Setting clear therapeutic goals together with clients and regularly monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation of sessions to comply with ethical and professional standards.
• Participating in clinical supervision, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele whose needs may range from dealing with acute psychological crises to seeking long-term therapeutic support for emotional and behavioral challenges. Our focus includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, past traumas, family conflicts, and more. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients through digital mediums.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Family Health Care Group offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
