Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their needs and developing effective treatment plans.
• Formulate personalized intervention strategies based on clinical findings and patient goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patients to evaluate progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment notes, and progress summaries using our electronic record system, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes, addressing questions and concerns to provide clarity and reassurance during recovery.
• Achieve set productivity goals while also maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other therapy professionals at Heal Motion Care to create a cohesive approach for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of age groups, cultural backgrounds, and medical conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Current, unrestricted licensure by the Board of Physical Therapy in California is mandatory.
• A willingness to engage in both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatment, as clinically appropriate, is essential.
• Demonstrated passion for working with diverse populations, embracing a variety of ages, races, and ethnicities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
