Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for telemedicine flexibility alongside in-person consultations when required. You will be engaging with patients from the comfort of their homes or in our hospice center located in Santa Ana, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' emotional and mental health, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and methods to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to support effective outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation of treatment records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements while leveraging current technology to ensure timely updates.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
