Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and address clients' emotional, relational, and systemic challenges.

• Providing therapeutic interventions through individual, family, or group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive techniques.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and agency standards, ensuring clients' sensitive information is safeguarded.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for clients, coordinating care across systems such as healthcare, legal, and educational entities as required.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, training opportunities, and peer consultations to enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily support individuals in hospice care, many of whom face complex emotional and psychological challenges as they cope with serious health conditions. You will provide essential support to clients across diverse backgrounds, including those from marginalized populations such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and low-income communities. Your ability to understand and respond to the unique cultural contexts of your clients will be vital in fostering trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.

• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, ideally within hospice or healthcare settings.

• Strong skills in diagnostic formulation and experience with trauma-informed care approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms, including SimplePractice and Zoom.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a salary between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
