Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual assessments, utilizing clinical skills to gather relevant psychosocial history, identify challenges, and establish effective treatment goals.

• Provide individual counseling through virtual appointments and in-person meetings at our hospice center, addressing mental health issues related to grief, loss, and transitions, particularly during end-of-life care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to create and implement holistic treatment plans that are responsive to client needs and family dynamics.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
