Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by conducting regular sessions with clients to promote progress, stability, and potential discharge when appropriate.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client's needs are met effectively.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and follow-up assessments, using electronic health record systems.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate incoming clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive feedback on clinical work.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and share insights that lead to enhanced client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Omnicare, you will work with a varied clientele ranging from children to adults, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in delivering psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in using computers and software tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that ensures practitioners are compensated in a timely manner—paid ahead of collections.
