This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a comfortable and efficient workspace within your own home or preferred location. Through our telehealth platform, you will interact with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. The role offers a well-structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting work-life balance and the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with their unique situations and goals.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions in complex cases involving trauma, substance use issues, or family dynamics, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood during critical times.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies, enhancing client outcomes and fostering a culture of teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in delivering therapeutic services to a varied population, enhancing clients’ mental well-being.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, showing adaptability to different technologies and maintaining client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
