As a remote position, this role allows for significant flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. Though you will work from the comfort of your home, regular virtual meetings and team conferences ensure continuous support and communication among colleagues. You will benefit from a structured work schedule Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, along with potential flexibility to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group therapy settings, adjusting approaches based on the cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.

• Provide ongoing support through individual counseling sessions, establishing rapport and trust with clients to facilitate their journey towards improved mental health.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, fulfilling a crucial role in managing and alleviating acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their paths to recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance cultural competency and overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, emphasizing cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
