Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment and crisis plans for clients with diverse mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams to implement and support positive behavior plans effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to meet all regulatory standards.

• Serve as a liaison among clients, various service systems, and community partners to facilitate access to essential resources.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes and uphold the mission and values of the organization.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to enhance both personal and organizational growth.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals seeking mental health support, those recovering from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds and address a wide array of mental health concerns, ensuring tailored interventions that respect and empower their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential.

• Current, independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and prepare related reports accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
