Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to our clients’ needs. Our team operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate varying patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify patients' specific needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to serve individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing vital community connections and educational resources related to mental health topics.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, maintaining a focus on immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resource options, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our team, you will work with varied demographic segments, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that you adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Familiarity with mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on diverse populations.

• Competency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
