When a pipe bursts at 2 a.m., a business experiences a fire loss, or a homeowner discovers mold, they need help fast. The relationships you build today can make all the difference tomorrow. We want someone who: Loves meeting new people Is confident and professional Enjoys networking and relationship-building Has strong communication skills Is self-motivated and goal-oriented Can work independently Wants to grow with a local company Has reliable transportation Sales experience is helpful but not required. We can teach restoration. We can't teach enthusiasm, work ethic, and a positive attitude. Compensation includes: $500 weekly draw during your first 60 days Uncapped commission on jobs generated Performance bonuses Flexible schedule Growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and support High performers can earn $50,000-$120,000+ annually. Job Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred 12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record Good verbal and written and communication skills Good customer service skills Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sit for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones etc. Fingering and repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment. Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information. Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading. Be exposed to various inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
