Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations within the physical therapy clinic, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, documenting the findings rigorously to guide effective treatment planning.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously, in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
• Design and implement individualized treatment protocols that are both progressive and responsive to patients' goals and needs.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients about their conditions and empower them with knowledge and tools for successful self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. The therapist will need to adapt therapeutic techniques and communication strategies to effectively meet the varied needs of patients, spanning different age groups from pediatric to geriatric.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state Physical Therapist license, demonstrating a clean professional standing with no history of sanctions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and modalities, showcasing an ability to deliver diverse treatment options.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families to foster trust and engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
