Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our telehealth facility utilizes the latest technology to ensure effective communication and support. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule based on patient needs. This environment empowers our therapists to focus on patient care while accommodating their personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider cultural contexts to understand patients' unique experiences.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients facing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to foster a collaborative approach to patient care and facilitate cultural competency training.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
