Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and substance abuse history, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with pre-screened clients exhibiting low acuity mental health needs. This includes adolescents and young adults, allowing you to impact their lives positively by providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support. Our aim is to empower clients with coping mechanisms and strategies that facilitate their personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering telehealth therapy to diverse adolescent and young adult populations.

• A commitment to ongoing training and development within our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
