Work Environment\n

In this remote work setting, our therapists are empowered to maintain a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. Although the majority of work is conducted remotely, there will be opportunities for in-person collaboration in our outpatient office as needed. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that honor the unique cultural backgrounds of patients and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health challenges, promoting resilience and wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources accessible to them.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
