Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through telehealth consultations, evaluating emotional, psychological, and social factors.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapeutic plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans through an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Eleanor Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Your understanding of cultural competence will be crucial in effectively addressing the unique needs of clients coming from different backgrounds and with distinct experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent credentials in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with a robust understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention, with a capacity to handle high-pressure situations with poise.
